Sleep score info missing

After a recent app update on Tuesday March 30 my Charge 4 no longer reports sleep score info. I've reviewed the faq, tightened the FB when I go to bed but no change. FW v 48.20001.100.34 runs on the device. The app is v 3.40.1.
