Hello. I wanted to start a Non-Scale Victory thread. I'm only on day 7 of both fasting and Keto. I'm so excited because my glucose has been amazing! If I'm still doing amazing at my next doctor appointment I'm going to see if I can get off of Metformin. (I know I'm kind of jumping the gun.) 🤞🏽
