Hello. My name is Sokratis, I'm 23 years old and currently living in Greece. In my whole life i was obese and felt like *kitten*. I managed to lose 60 Kg a few years ago and when i left for college guess what happened, i gained 40Kg in a year(WHAT?). Later that summer i was diagnosed with Diabetes T1 and it just mentaly destroyed me. 4 years later here I am, to make a 180 turn and better myself. I made this group for people that need support in this journey, as will I need also. I am ready to make it this time for good, are you with me?
