Day 5 of Level 3 for me. Still struggling with those jumping butt kicks (both legs at same time). Also, I have to drop down to the 3 Lbs weights for the jumping jacks (as opposed to 5).

level . 3 day 4 I know what you mean for the jumping jacks. and for the one weight I use my kettlebell for that. I can't do the hold on to the weight while on the ground and lift one arm up cause that hurts my hand. But everything else is just fine.0

Oh my gosh - those lifting arm/leg raises are hard! I have to drop down for a second mid-way. Whew!0
