Happy Sunday!
Took it super easy yesterday and felt pretty good most of the day. I'm going swimming today and will hopefully get some riding in. My hubby is already planning on making some big meal today so honestly, I'm not even going to try to log it. I'll just eat in moderation. Tomorrow is full on attack mode though!

It rained the entire night so everything looks flooded or muddy and my husband just told me he wants to go for a walk in the wooded area of the park. I’m going but I see some serious shoes washing in my near future 😀.
In theory I’m watching the calories closer, but in reality I still sneak in about 2-300 in the late evenings 4-5 nights a week. It used to be every night, so it’s an improvement.
The small step I took is to take longer walks almost daily .

What a miserable weekend here, but we needed the rain so I guess it's a good thing.0 -
Did the walk and then ... had about 7 snacks after dinner. I’m Closing the door on this day and breathing in good thoughts for tomorrow .2
