Mostly fruit

How bad is it to use fruit for the majority of my juice. I do not like Kale or any types of greens( I tried some in my juice and it was nasty to me). I do use carrots and cucumbers and a little celery. Mostly I use pineapple, apple, oranges, grapes and cantaloupe. Will I still see cleansing benefits this way?

When I did the juice fast, that was one of my concerns. Based on a lot of information that I read online you should try your best to keep the juices 3:1 (one fruit for every 3 vegetables). The reason for this is because fruits contain a lot more sugar in them. I'm not sure exactly what your main goal for juicing is (whether weight-loss/detox/health benefits), but if it is weight loss, then the sugar in the fruits may affect the results. I did a 30 day fast expecting to lose 25-30 lbs and lost just 15 lbs. After analyzing everything I had done I noticed that when looking for juice recipes I would go for the more fruity than veggie ones.
