First time to do her challenge. And I swear, It took me nearly 2 hours for the whole workout! (With warmup and cool down!)

Not that challenge specifically, but it is a time investment to do any her programs. The warm ups really help, but I think her cool downs could be more thorough. I find I'm not nearly as sore when I do deep stretching after workouts. Sydney Cummings has a band assisted stretch video that I usually do after instead since it's such a good cool down.0
