Got three yeses today. Learned not to eat the fiber one bars (three of them - 70 cal each) that your daughter offered you when you are starving in the afternoon when you already had one and half servings of my usual fiber one cereal for breakfast. Ended up with 43 grams of fiber today. Not a great thing to do...... But got my exercise in by heading out at 8:30 for a quick three mile evening run.
Love all the acronyms though @srmdb I do need a translation of "dead with laugh".5 -

Thanks to those of you who responded to my question about a maintenance range. I'm thinking I might shoot for staying within a 5-pound range with my goal weight at the center--that gives me 2.5 pounds in either direction. I'm just nervous about gaining back the weight that was SO HARD to lose this time. 😬 In the past, I could trust myself to gauge my weight on the basis of how my clothes were fitting, but I'm not ready to do that quite yet. I'll need to get to a point where I trust my daily habits a little more than I do right now.6 -

I used to be one of those who thought LOL meant Lots of Love and would end a text to my sisters or mom with it!😂 My children thought it was hilarious and finally straightened me out! 🤦♀️ ASAP and LOL are the ones I probably use the most. One son uses IKR (I know, right) a lot when texting me.5 -

Passes used: 5... officially out of the running for the winner’s circle. At this point, I’m just struggling to get myself back on track... have any of you realized how much of a head game weight loss is? You really have to have your head in the game... mine sadly has been stressed out with other things but if I can just hang on and try not to gain weight, I’ll be doing well....6 -

YES!! You are so right! It's taken me over a month to get my head BACK in the game after my knee and shoulder injuries at the end of March.
At that time I put my daily calorie goal up to a maintenance level of 1900 and held at approx the same weight for 6 weeks. Im just now (in the last 2 days) been able to get my head back on straight and lowered it back down to 1400. 😥
I'm just very glad I didnt stop logging or showing up in the UAC during that time!
