11th May
Tough day this morning, dealing with some negative emotions so i decided to take bub for a long drive to a play centre. I still dnt feel like myself tonight but it turned out to be a really lovely day. He had a ball and im glad i didnt just sit around at home worrying.
131 over calories but i shall make it up through the week to avoid a pass day. Night guys Xox8 -

@RangerRickL have you tried those fly boots on your boy yet? bandit got new nikes today and it's always nice when the farrier sends you a video of your horse walking off soundly after shoeing.Our prickly pears are having a GREAT time this year after a scare with that freeze in Feb
and my purple martins now have families started in ALL my gourds! those are the egg counts. Will start hatching in a few weeks.7 -

Although we had a big thunderstorm early this morning, it stayed dry and sunny all day, nice and fresh, with a bit of a breeze, so I got out for a 30 minute walk today. I will try and up that with 5 minutes every day. I'm slowly beginning to feel less tired, after another reasonable night's sleep, 10.30 - 1.30 and 2 - 6, good for me!
Stayed under calories, upped my protein by eating lots of fishy food and kept the carbs down. I've got to get serious about losing weight and getting fit! I've re-instated my scales and it wasn't pretty!
Logged everything and have pre-planned until the end of the week.

Definitely got the exercise in today. 45 minutes group session with trainer this morning, busy morning at work, yoga in the afternoon and Jiu Jitsu class tonight. I start taking it easy tomorrow to build up energy levels for Saturday’s competition.
Food logged and mostly good choices with a couple of small treats. Slightly over my daily budget but I’ve been significantly under for the last couple of days so it balances out. I could feel I needed the extra nutrition after training so grabbed chocolate milk. I need to stick closer to my calorie goal when I’m training this hard.7 -

Eleven days in, I've resigned myself to the fact I'll need to redo Phase 2 of this 90-day program again next month, assuming I'm serious about the results I say I want.
I am. There's just a lot going on right now and doing the barest minimum is where I'm at...for now.
