Happy Thursday!

I am just checking in. No plans for the day other than staying under calories and staying hydrated. I feel like a fraud because I've become super lazy and unmotivated so I'm giving myself permission to be just blah today and will try again tomorrow.

    For today I am going to a) log all of my calories b) stay hydrated c) get my exercise in and d) take my vitamins.
    I am finding that taking my vitamins calms my nerves and I am better able to stay on target.

  • Struggle busing over here too. 🤦‍♀️ going to check ✔ in for our last 8 days for my own accountability even if it's redundant.
    Tomorrow I will:
    -stay under calories
    - drink 48 oz of water
    - eat a vegetable
    - eat a fruit
    -walk 30 minutes
    - do lowerbody strength training
    - stretch at least 5 minutes
