Hey everyone I'm new to running 42 min 5k. I'm looking for other beginners to run 5k races with me throughout the state. I am hoping to get 3 done between now and mid October. No pressure just fun

I know this is an older thread.... but I just did an Attack Addiction 5k in New Castle over the weekend. A minute or two over my best time, and still longer than your average time, but I finished in 45:50. Almost 46 minutes. I hope you are keeping it up! Maybe we can find one in the spring to do!0
