Syncing Issues on Android and S Health

I've used MFP a lot in the past but just started again after Dec. I got a new S21 Ultra and am having SO many issues.
The app and website are not syncing properly. Basically when I add food to the app it links to the website and then disappears from the app when I re-sync. So at the end of the day the app only has the last food I added or is blank while the website has everything.
Steps are not syncing from S Heath to the app (I disconnected and re-connected S Health). Oddly, they DO sync to the website.
Activity is syncing from S Health to the app but NOT to the website.
Weight is syncing from S Health to the app but NOT to the website.
This is ridiculous. Anyone else having issues with Android app or S Health?

For me its mostly been some exercises getting duplicated. Messaged the tech support about it and its apparently a known issue and they're working on a fix (no time table given though) Haven't experienced your issues though, and my device is the Note 20 ultra0
