Can you believe that NEXT WEEK is our LAST WEEK?!?! I can hardly believe it!!

I was thinking about doing another challenge, but have not decided yet. I do know I would like a minimum of a week between them if I do another one. Are any of you interested in another go at it? if so, when? Do any of you have ideas or suggestions on the actual challenge? I like the holistic theme. I am thinking one change is that i would like the check in day to be a Tuesday or Wednesday instead of Monday. Having done it, what you would get rid of in this challenge? Add on? Alter?

And back to my original question....would you be interested in doing it again? Would you be able to convince any of your MFP friends to join too?

On Tuesday I will make a chart of the results you all post this week, highlighting both the weekly winner (woo!) and the current cumulative winner (woo woo! weight loss is long term, y'all) I will post the charts in this forum.

Remember to post on Monday so that I have your data to compete for the coveted weekly winner award. ;)

    I am glad to take part in another challenge and may even keep doing it--challenge or not! I posted some suggestions to Elizabeth_in_MN's profile.

    I always like to share some of my self-care. This week I meditated, worked on my dissertation, started a new knitting project (Christmas gift for a friend... always makes me smile, both the friend and new projects),and took a mid-morning nap when my body said it needed it.

    Self Care included: Date night, gardening, got caught walking in the rain (felt like a kid again), movie, reading, attending a meeting with US Congressman on Soc. Sec/Medicare

    Hard to believe the challenge is coming to a close. I found this challenge fun, motivational, and a way to stay connected with my MFP friends. Thank you Elizabeth for leading this challenge and if you decide to do it again I will participate. I especially liked the Self-Care category and that we were not eliminated weekly. A suggestion for a new category.."Personal Choice".. an activity that each of us would declare at the beginning of the challenge to meet our fitness goals (e.g. planks, crunches, days we were under net calories, etc). Thanks again for all of your work!

    I would do another challenge. I like the idea of weighing in during the week (Wednesday) and not being eliminated. Yall are doing a great job!!
