Hi Group,
Just about to start the TF program tomorrow, looking for any tips or advice. I've heard it's one of the most fun workouts and am a little familiar with the videos. One thing I am wondering is what kind of results to expect..I'm really aiming for weight loss but also gaining muscle tone and definition. Looking for some motivation and other people going through the program :happy:
