    My goals are:
    HIIT workouts
    Workouts at AlpenGlow Spa & Fitness
    Hiking
    Running
    Swimming
    Squat rack
    Push-ups
    Jump rope
    Look up unique functional fitness workouts
    Yoga
    Meditation
    ( focus on core and low back )

    Maybe some dancing naked in the bedroom with a burpee here or there?

    Cardio is something I get to hit hard! But a lot of functional fitness workouts get the cardio going

    I AM Soooooooo excited to do this challenge with everyone!
