Challenge TIPS / RESET GOALS

Hi & welcome to the challenge! This 90 day reset will change your life! I am so excited for you! Here are the tips to be successful and be rank first! You all will receive a gift at the end of challenge but first place is $300.00 Cash or $300.00 in massage

In My Fitness Pal Post / track

1. Post caloric intake daily ( breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack)
2. Set goals ( weight loss /muscle gain ect )
3. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces daily
4. Post your before and after pics of your body ( day 1, 30, 60, 90 )
5. Workout a min of 30 -60 min a day log it
6. 15 minutes of breath work / meditation a day log it
7. Or if you can’t workout at least 15 min meditation - better than nothing!!!
8. All workouts are to be functional fitness! So many ideas online and on app
9. Workout / breath work / meditation 7 days a week
10. One cheat day for meals at week ( Saturday ) go for it eat it all if you want
11. Eat healthy!

( there are places for taking notes on workouts, posting workouts, notes on food, post pics ect) explore app and you will see

Recommended but you don’t have to log
1. Read 3 books in 90 days
2. Limit social media to what feels good for you! No more mindless scrolling. For me I am doing 2x a day limit of 20 minutes.
3. Drink coffee or tea outside in early morning sunlight! Make sunlight a priority first thing!
