Learned a lot from tracking food! I am not eating enough protein or carbs. Hit the high mark on all the “fats” - today I get to do use in more complex carbs and protein!

I did a light workout for 30 minute & 15 minute meditation! Hit my water goal! Can’t believe how out of shape I am! So excited for this challenge and reset. I also did a self care regimen before bed. Exfoliated entire body, new face cream and this morning woke up feeling slightly sore and refreshed! Self care IS so important.
