Hello and Help

Hi! Im new to the forums but have been with MFP for years now. Going up and down like a yo-yo for 2600+ days. My biggest loss was in 2014 losing 50lbs but now Im 100 lbs heavier than that! I weigh 341 lbs! Im type 2 diabetic and have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure CHF. My heart dr recommended I go on Keto with intermittent fasting. I bought the Keto for Dummies book and am logging everything i eat. I have set my macros at 70 % fats 20% protein and 10% carbs. I have the premium MFP as well. I have ordered ketone urine sticks and Slimfast fat bombs. I am all in but still have lots of questions!

1- do I count macros by meal or day?

2- Is it ok for me to intermittent fast from6pm to 7am?

3- do i need to have another app to count my macros?
