    Hi Everyone!! With everyone’s suggestions & willingness to take on parts of this amazing UAC, we are *almost* there!! Thank you for your kind comments & sharing how much you love $ find UAC helpful (invaluable?!)

    If you are willing to do any of these tasks, or want me to note you as a back-up, please post a message, and I will add you!

    What we are most in need of is what I what I think made UAC our special, unable to be replaced, group - paraphrasing a member who searched for a possible replacement.

    Rick commented on posts - he got around to everyone - he celebrated, he offered words of comfort, he encouraged, he cared HE NOTICED if you’d been absent & returned or your kg’s lost was going up over time. He paid attention to our trends. He was there when we most needed - magically.

    THIS was the Secret Sauce in my opinion.

    SO, how to do this?! Give me your ideas, suggestions, brainstorms!!!

    I’m wondering if we could have a set of code words or emoticons…for ex:
    🆘 SOS I Really am about to give up or I’m really struggling (and we would all know to give them some extra love.
    🎉 or HOORAY. “I achieved something I never thought I could” & we all feel good & make a big deal for them!!
    😬 or worried I feel I’m about to go off track We all help extra
    Etc.

    Well, now that I know about messages only going to people in my friends list, I'm sending out some friend requests to all of the volunteers listed above. :lol:

    Also, while I'm not necessarily calling out for people, anyone can feel free to send me friend requests. I do not filter anyone who I recognize (and who clearly aren't spam). So don't ever hesitate in case you wonder if I am limiting or filtering friend requests.

    I intend to continue as a member of this group so happy to see it continue but currently I’m not getting my current commitments filled properly so can’t sign up for any others. That May change in the future, but I don’t have a time machine to check 🤪🤪🤪

    Today’s positive was that even though I considered skipping it, I went for my morning run and actually got a better than normal time. Didn’t log food though 🤦‍♀️

    Even kids Jiu Jitsu was cancelled today. And so was community group (my leader is a doctor so exposed to numerous positive cases and even though he is vaccinated, it’s currently high risk that he could be a carrier.)

    I did have a constructive day at work and only two days (Thursday and Sunday) left of my current shift before I get a week off. Hoping that coach lets me train with the team if classes stay closed or lets me Borrow mats so I can train with some friends.

Just noticed that starting from "July 17 THU WhatMeRunning🌷" week days are actually correspond to June and not July. July 17 is SAT. I should come back your post from yesterday then may be I will come with some clarification questions :)

    ✅ - Intermittent Fasted (17 hrs)

    Earlier check-in than usual due to a bunch of meetings and appointments late afternoon/evening. All of my eating and exercise is done for the day. If something crazy and unexpected happens I'll provide an update.

    Oh, forgot to mention that whatever day(s) I am listed as a content creator I will also volunteer as cheerleader for that day.

    Edit to clarify - What I mean is if I do Thursday's for content, I'll do Thursday's for cheerleading, even if it's one of those special days that just so happen to be Thursday but someone else is the content creator that day (Like NSV, etc).

    Yay! I am so happy that we are pulling together to continue!

    June 23:

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 1 hour walk.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope. Not even with an hour walk. Both my husband and my mom had victories to celebrate tonight. My mom chose Mexican food. I went over my calories, but I still had a win - I did not eat any chips! That is a HUGE step for me.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep. It was eye-opening. At least guacamole is good fat. :)
