Ate a dinner I didn’t need with unexpected time with son/DIL. Not worth it to eat when I’m not hungry. Lesson learned.
They are off now to her folks & then a trip. Likely no more “eating episodes” before they leave. Still plan to be in winner’s circle & my weight weight remains in my Maintenance Range- I know others disagree with me, but now approaching end of year 3 in maintenance, it’s definitely much, much easier. ❤️4 -

I'd rather not give advice unless my opinion is sought out for some reason or the person seems receptive to another perspective. Even then, I cannot make a one size fits all statement here because it's important to meet people where they are at: emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally, etc. In short, it depends 🤷🏾♀️
