Battling sleep apnea

Well I have been on a roller coaster ride trying to lose weight, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea since 2006 and I believe that they said I had 78 apneas per hour. I never really used my machine and now fast forward to now, I started really putting on weight in the past six months or so, I literally had zero energy, to the point that I slept at a stoplight and wound up rolling into the back of a vehicle in front of me. It was really minor but a wake up call. I went for another sleep study so I could get a new and updated machine. It turns out with the added weight I went up to 260 apnea per hour. It has only been to weeks since I got my new machine, and I use it, and take it more serious. I am sleeping better and have much more energy. I am looking forward to losing weight and breaking this cycle. We shall see in six months. Current weight is like 340lbs give or take a few.
