Exercise:
1. Box Jump - 4 sets of 10 reps - Pick a moderate size box
2. Split Dumbell Lunge - 4 sets of 12 reps - Pick a lightweight
3. Dumbell Jump Squat - 4 sets of 15 reps - Pick a lightweight
4. Running/Jogging - Run till completely tired - Goal: 30 minutes without stopping
5. Sprint - 10 sets of 10 reps - Pick an area and run back and forth
