I've just found this group, been on MFP 9weeks and lost 28lbs so far!Any of you in Essex?!?!

    I don't deny a thing if want choccy for eg I'll have it just not everyday.The only thing don't touch is cake, weird thing is dont crave it maybe cuz work with it at a coffee shop!
