Ever wave to someone with your hand, only to have that flap of skin under your arm keep waving? How embarrassing is that! Well today's the day to work on toning that area up! Other than plastic surgery, the leading thing you can do is work on your triceps. The most common exercise that everyone thinks of is the dip. These are a pretty good exercise, whether you're doing it with a chair, a raised bench, a leg lifted, etc. but they're not the only tricep exercise out there. So today's challenge is to do some tricep work, no matter what it is...so you only wave once.
