Wow! Can you believe that we are already at the middle-of-the-month topics.
New this month is a middle month shout out/check in. A chance to recognize the long list of members who are well on their way to the Winnerβs Circle or UAC Champions, and also a chance to catch up with a few who we are missing and hope to see soon.

Yes yes yes
Under by a fair bit yayyt which is great, still had my treats tonight tho. 45 min weights and 35 min walk. Great day with bub and house work all up to date. Watched all of half size me vids so starting on her podcasts now. I started on her very 1st one today. So grateful to still hve Uac in my life! Night all xox7 -

@SModa61 - such a nice post to wake up to, were you up all night? You and @RangerRickL seem to be running around nonstop getting your houses ready to go. We were thinking of starting the selling process next fall. You two have me thinking that I should start organizing/eliminating, finding new homes for things, making repairs, etc etc etc today.6

A pass day. I was with a fever since yesterday, I think I cought a flu. I'm trying to fight it off with vitamin c and lots of fluids. I managed yesterday but took today as a rest day. No exercise but I have eaten an acceptable amount, as if I'm at maintenance, which is a good sign since I had no appetite yesterday and was way under my calories budget. And so, I'm officially out of the winner's circle, but will be in the champions list for sure.
@donna25trinity I'll share for sure if this helped in reducing my hunger. I was eating 1200 calories but after awhile from joing UAC and after reading our members' posts, I raised it to 1500. It is better for sure.
@Mrs_Hoffer I do eats protein but good point, maybe not enough especially with muscles workouts. I used to replace my carbs with protein whenever I could, I should go back to that.

@SModa61 and @readyornot1234 we're in the same boat. We're looking at selling our 2-story home and buying a one-level home ... probably later this year or early next year. I had also noticed what @RangerRickL and @SModa61 were going through and thought the same thing. So we've already begun downsizing/eliminating, repairs, etc!4 -

Wow! What a refreshingly long list to see, especially considering July can typically be a fairly challenging month for many (be it extreme temps, holidays, breaks in normal routine, or just plain tired from overdoing things in the spring)! Congrats to everyone, particularly the future champions who continue checking in to stay on track regardless of that arbitrary number of pass days!

Hello everyone! Thank you @SModa61 for checking on me!
I am just coming up for air today. After returning from our weekend road trip, I got some very bad news about one of my dearest friends. One of the healthiest people I know - great shape, ideal diet, full of energy - was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, though she was symptom-free. It just doesn't make any sense at all . . .

July 14:
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. This will hopefully be the last day in several that I haven't exercised. I have been in a funk, and I need to work myself out of it so I can be there for my friend and stay healthy myself.

Giving myself 3 yes. Calories very low, despite ice cream for lunch. No time for snacking. All tracked. Again, at over 5 miles today, all inside my house.
@Readyornot1234 - I definitely advice doing better than me. As I am going through these things, some of it has been very easy, I was just avoiding it all. @Mrs_Hoffer has the right idea!!! She will be all set. Do it like her!
@Oh_Jackie - never worry. I am just glad that all is well. I am the queen of late posts. :P I got especially bad when I was told I did not have to follow the "3 day rule". I was regimented up until that point, then I would go all long as 2 weeks one time just writing notes and then backfilled the two weeks all at once (though it took at least an hour - shame on me)
@Twistedsassette - I am betting you and I crossed paths. I likely made my starting chart right before you "joined", so you were not in my notes. So sorry for my error. So glad you are with us.

Today was a really nice day. I went for a morning walk and then the family swam for a bit and hung out in the pool. Even with the Indian, I think I am good on calories today.β β β5 -

I stayed away from sugar! So am at 6/14 days for sugar. Tracked. Exercised. Within calories. Drank water instead of having sugar, thanks @Mrs_Hoffer!6
