    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Lots of sleepy heads today. Either that or everyone is busy.
    • Trip to to oral surgeon went well. Implant scheduled for the week after Boys Nation.
    • DW is upset. The deer dined on our hosta last night.
    • Disappointed to find out all my PCs are too old to upgrade to Windows 11. I guess I'm sticking with W10 for awhile.
    • DW is working this afternoon. I'm going for a motorbike ride.
    • Stay cool my friends.

    Lots of rain today, good we are home

    Deer chowing the garden is so frustrating, Dennis. Ride safe!

    My plan is to go to farmer's market at 8am in a raincoat. Strawberry picking season was terrible here this June, done already. 60% less yield than normal. I'm hoping there is some for sale there.

    May go shopping for a MOG dress
    later.

    Dinner is Tom's marinated chicken breat recipe on the grill yummm. Here's the recipe: in large ziplock bag:
    1/4 cup Each: low sodium soy sauce, canola oil, cooking sherry. 2 Tabl. Lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 Tabl. dry minced onion flakes, 1tabl fine grated ginger ( or can just use dry ginger). Seal bag and shake to mix, then add the chicken and refrigerate a few hours, then grill the chicken. Marinated all day or overnight is best.

    Dinner under the stars! Yikes.

    Today our Post is celebrating 75th Anniversary. Big fancy affair tonight. We made All-American for fifth straight year. Excited.

    Hopeful for some pool time too.

    Good morning BBB crew.

    Typing with one hand while taking blood pressure - a daily ritual.

    We went through a lot of deer munching until we finally fenced the back yard. Front yard is all plants the deer don't seem to crave.

    We are heading into a weekend of historic weather. Defining weather as historic never means it is going to be pleasant. Should be over 100 today - 110 by Monday.

    Good morning.

    Don't rush the Win11 upgrade anyway, Dennis. MS always fills releases with half-baked, buggy stuff. Wait until SP1 before worrying about it.

    So the condo association is doing everything they can, I think, to kill this sale. They sent an email yesterday saying they're starting roof work this year. The email didn't include a special assessment letter, but I'll bet one will be coming. 😢

    Glad you have AC Dave. I'm guessing many will be suffering and movie theaters and malls will be packed.

    We have one very social kitty, one old one who comes around for a pet occasionally and one that vokts to and from the litter box but otherwise hides in the owners room.

    Movie theaters still aren't open, here. I am sure the many casinos are crowded, though. Good for the tribes' pockets, anyway.
