User Name deleted

Okay, here's what happened.
1) Got FitBit. Created a whole user profile, complete with my name and my display name.
2) Was working fine for one day. The next day, my entire profile was deleted, including my display banner, pic, and profile name.
3) Recreated everything again without issue, except for one: My name is displayed as, "User Name" and it won't let me display the correct name for another 60 days.
4) Help Desk has not answered my requests. Suggestions?
