I’m back from vacation! So much to get caught up on! I think I managed to stick to my plan without tracking while treating myself moderately and am back on track today. Guess we will see when I weigh in tomorrow. I’d like to stay in the support group until the end of July as I am experimenting with maintenance.

Well done for steps & losses
Listening to final meeting on Teams.
Day over- it's soooo hot here, very unusual for UK.

Yay for maintenance while on vacation!!!! (Even lost a tiny bit) No scale, no internet, no tracking, lots of eating out and socializing!! I stuck to my plan to limit snacking between meals, and to choose veggies and fruit whenever possible. I said yes to all the things (wine, sweets, chips etc) but did not eat/drink anything excessively. Squeezed in a couple short workouts. This lifestyle is starting to feel doable and even enjoyable. Huge confidence booster. 😁

Since you're in "support", I won't post this weigh in, but WTG on the loss! Nice job!

I’m kinda confused why I’d be NWI or LWI 🤷‍♀️ I thought I was doing it right😆.
I’ve posted my weight every Sunday - my weigh-in day - since we started (so just the two Sundays so far).

@RoYoLizzy You are listed on the July chart as a Saturday weigh-in day, not Sundays, so when you reported in on Sunday (after stats had begun), The MODS considered you as LWI. I'd have to go back to your registration page when you signed up to see where the error might have occured, but it's no problem to switch your weigh day. I'll let you know what I find.

Do you want me to switch you to Sundays?

It appears that you originally registered on Jun 27th for a Sunday weigh day, but about four minutes after that, you posted again and changed it to Saturdays. See screenshot below.

Let me know if you'd like to change it...mistakes happen...no worries. Just let me know and I'll switch it. Enjoy your weekend!

Our "go to" camping meal when we used to caravan in Luxembourg & Germany was a family portion of fries (worked out like a small McD's each) with various salad things- obviously the veg, but we loved trying the different 'potted' salad things from the supermarkets that were different to UK.
Sometimes do this at home but make oven chips.

Salad with spinach and/or romaine, blueberries and/or strawberries, sliced almonds, chopped pea cans or walnuts, rotisserie chicken, and poppyseed dressing.

chicken Caesar wraps (with precooked packaged chicken)—- so easy

Also, I love my slow cooker on hot days… no need to stand over a hot grill and dinner is ready with no fuss as soon as we get off the water… favourite summer slow cooker meal is pulled pork with a salad.

@shnerb00 I was thinking about slow cooker too. We'd planned chilli & curry for during the week & ended up substituting for lighter meals

I can't believe how hot it's been the last few days after all the rain we've had lately in the UK.Last night I cooked greek chicken gyros with tzatziki & greek salad.Lidl had a special Greek food week.Added a few oven chips to the gyros wrap like they do in Greece.Love a cold platter with various salads, salami & cheese, when it's too hot to stand at the oven cooking.Strawberries are lovely this time of year.
