I left my fitbit at home before my walk. Is there a way to add the steps to the fitbit app. I added the exercise to MFP, but it throws my stats off in fitbit. If there's a way to add them, I will, (knowing there's nothing I can do about zone minutes)

Delete the workout in MFP. Never needed there anyway and just increases odds of an issue.

Create a Workout Record in Fitbit for Walking.
You provide time and distance, Fitbit calculates steps based on your stride-length setting, and the extra calories from it. Or provide time and pace.
Your daily burn will go up, MFP will be informed, and correct math will be done and you'll get credit for it anyway.

And correct on steps, that way doesn't count towards anything but daily total since that is how cheating used to occur in challenges.

Did it used to, or new to the whole thing?

Do MFP meal totals show up in Fitbit?

Also - may be hard to find your post again since you added to a post about adding missed steps - so not related.

You might be surprised how many topics you find about syncing issues if you just scan the topics in the Fitbit group.
With those topics comes many suggestions - just read them.
