    Morning~

Nice dress, Lisa! You're gonna have a fabulous celebration!

Excellent weekend. Hot/humid but enjoyed sharing pool with friends and neighbors.

Back to the grind. Though short week. Wednesday I get to go to my first game at the suite this season (remember last year no games w/ fans). Friday is a half day for me as we approach the Holiday weekend. Looking forward. Might drive to Maine to see the curmudgeon and fly home.

Back to the grind today. Gonna be a busy one.

Love the #Larry and #BAL stories. Curious - why's AB not warming up? Is that normal? Or does she see #BAL as a threat for your attention?

Lou - hoping you get a sizable earnest check today!

    Mornin' BBB.

Remember AB stands for ALPHA Babe. She allowed the puppy to lay next to her last night, so I am seeing an increased tolerance. Once Babe matured, she really has had no sense of social doggy play. She only wants to play and get love from me.

Lucy jumped in the deep end of the pond yesterday chasing Tess going on a retrieve. She went completely under and then made a nice recovery. Not the greatest way to introduce her to water, hopefully no harm done.

Why drive up and fly back, Skip?

    Good morning BBB crew.

Still dealing with the heat, out here. This should be our third day in a row over 100. They expect today to be the hottest of the three. Oh boy.

The grandkids went home last night. Always leave a bit of a vacuum after they are gone.

    Lucy sounds like a natural.

Some friends are driving up to Calais Maine for vacation - offered to let me drive with them.

A r/t flight originating from PWM to Dulles is about $215 average. SAME route originating from Dulles to PWM - averages $600. NFW! I got a return one-way ticket for $106.

Hope #BAL is good with water. Scary!

    Good Morning,
Back from waterlogged Florida, Friday was the only sunny day we had.
Need to catch up on what's been going on

    Good morning.

We're expecting rain, so the temps have dipped into the 80's. Nice change of pace. No giant check yet, but I think they get 5 days from clearing home inspection and I'm not sure if that's real days or business days.

    Morning BBB

Raining here too. (HOUSTON area) looks like a break around noon so we can get in a walk or run. Then maybe find a bookstore or something.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Welcome home Sam.
    • Breakfast with the ROMEOs this morning. Met a new neighbor who just moved here from CA.
    • Sounds like Lucy jumping in the water was just natural to her. Glad AB is warming up to her.
    • Here's hoping for big checks, cooler temps and just enough rain to keep the plants healthy.

Our dogs hate the water. Ruby stays clear from the pool. I should say that they hate the pool. Henry likes to get sprayed with water but ruby hates it.

Steph. You’re running now? And did you pick up any of the books I mentioned?

    Lou, I’m betting real days.

    Sorry about the weather Sam.

Maine. Never been. Want to go.

Daggone Dave. Those are hot temps. Drinking plenty of water!!

Dennis. Is the ROMEO just on Monday’s?

ROMEO is a Monday tradition. Breakfast out any other day is just breakfast.

Maine is now curtailed - it was a rash decision - and I'm still 'arguing' with the Marine about his tirade a couple weeks ago. As such, gonna just relax at the homestead and hope for extra pool time (though the forecast is fighting me).

LOVE the ROMEO tradition! Hope to be part of that group someday!

Planning valiantly, for the BBB reunion in Sept. Have a couple great ideas in the works. WISH we could all link up! Gonna be a hoot with #Larry and the FL/GA/MI contingent!

Wishing the BBB gtg included us, but this wedding has my bank and time slots overloaded.

Just rented a 15 passenger van for wedding weekend, just to do airport pick ups, wedding party transportation to and from hotel, to rehearsal/dinner, to wedding day venue, picture location, etc. etc. Figured this vehicle will help!

The MKE big Summerfest music festival changing there schedule to this wedding weekend, has put an expensive wrench into hotel prices and lack of room availability.uugghh

They have 5 of their 12 attendants from 5 states coming in to stand up for them, FL, CA, IA, IL,TX...

We are at 75 days away now, yikes.

I'm off work on vacation July 1 thru July 12, can't wait!

Hope the water dogs have fun and the land dogs stay Dry!

    Be well BBB
