    Late night celebrating National's win with a rare feat in MLB - watching a player hit for the Cycle (single, double, triple, and home-run)! We had a great time as did DW!

    Still under heat advisories here - but rain forecasted later this morning - thwarting any afternoon pool plans (Ugh).

    Pulling for you and Celia, Lou. Hope the IL condo is in your rear view mirror!

    Good morning BBB crew.

    DDIL is planning an evening of minor league baseball for all of us, in a week or two. The Tacoma Rainiers are the Mariners' Triple A franchise. Nice ball park and a lot of fun on a warm evening.

    Heading out for a long hike up one of the rivers in the Olympics, today. Blissfully nice temperatures - high around 75 in the mountains - a wonderful rebound from last weekend's oven.

    Has a low key day by the pool yesterday. Thunderstorms held off until mid afternoon. Thus pool seems the perfect size. I'm going to measure it up before we leave in case we ever build one. I'm guessing 14x 24 with a bump out for hot tub and zero depth lounge area. Big enough to swim or float.

    Neither of us slept well last night so probably movie and a nap today.

    • The Braves had a some-what rare offensive attack last night scoring 20 runs against the Mets.

    Typing and mousing left handed due to snoring puppy resting her head on my right hand. Definitely nursing ankle, but still got 10K steps training dogs this am dodging raindrops.

    S'not and t'wasn't easy.

    Pretty awesome photo with the trophy and hitting for the cycle is indeed rare. So cool you were able to see in person.
