Hello! I am new to the group and thought I would introduce myself.
My name is ON_A_DIET. I taught myself how to cook.
I am very frugal. I like to use coupons, grab clearance items and sale items as much as possible. I like to have a lunch cooler packed when out in the community instead of buying from a fast food place. I like to walk into the store, buy what I need and leave. No looking around at everything.
Years ago, I was attempting to prepare a new recipe in the oven... cauliflower pizza. The oven caught on fire. I swore I would never use the oven again and haven't.
My friends are my Crock-Pot, microwave and air fryer! I can do pretty much everything with such appliances.
My favorite dish is Crock-Pot lasagna.
