    Good Morning!

Just arrived at work for the start of another week.

Connie speaks in Leavenworth tonight for MADD.

We are seeing sunshine and warmer temperatures this week.

I'm hoping for a good week this week.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

I'll call, this morning, to get an appointment to have someone look at my foot. This is not like plantar fasciitis (for which I am very grateful). There is a firm, clearly defined, lump on the bottom of my foot. If I push on the lump, it hurts a lot, but it doesn't limit me, much, yet. I am more concerned that it will get worse. The treatment options I see, don't look very promising. Most of them seem like they just help the sedentary stay sedentary. I want to keep hiking. Surgery would take me off my feet for six weeks, to two months. But I am getting ahead of myself.

Another nice day, weather-wise. Running around with DW, including mall time. I'd use the foot as an excuse to get out of the mall crawl, but then I wouldn't be able to hike tomorrow.

    Mornin' gents.

Prayers that your foot is nothing serious, Dave. Good job getting to the Dr ASAP.

    Prayers for Connie tonight.

Last day of solid food before getting double scoped on Wednesday. Lots of Jello planned for tomorrow, then the big cleanse. Ugh.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good Morning

Praying for a simpler diagnosis and treatment for that foot Dave. You need to be out on those trails. Praying also for Connie and her talk at Leavenworth tonight. Truly remarkable.

After 3 1/2 days of resting do a cold I will venture out to PT today. On the mend now. But will continue to rest a bit longer and keep my distance from Heather & our son. She has her long-delayed back surgery on Thursday and I won't risk her catching even a simple cold and having this thing pushed back another month or so. If you told me I would sleep 3 nights on a couch without it bothering my back much I wouldn't have believed you. My Knee doesn't like it much though.

Thanks for the reverse sear guidance for my trusty Weber Kettle. As soon as I am better I will get a Tri Tip and give it go. They like slow heat anyway but not close to that slow and usually after a good sear. I have to try and figure out an estimated cooking time.
