    My name is Shannon and I am from Tolland. I am married and have 2 kids. I am currently counting calories and tracking my macros. I try to workout 4 times per week for about an hour per workout. Aside from my workouts, I'm not very active. I work at a computer all day. I have stopped drinking soda and drink water exclusively for the last 7 weeks. I struggle to eat enough veggies...or any veggies really. I'm a work in progress and hope to connect with some other women that can relate.
