I thought I LOST those pounds!

With great trepidation, though my clothes had already told me, I stepped onto the scale to learn the truth. Those pounds I thought I had lost, well they found their way home and brought a few friends with them. Between the Covid shut down and then a very long healing and recovery process from an Achilles tendon Surgery, I am back to finding my healthy me!
