Hi,
I'm recently back after a break from MFP, working on losing 60lb to be approved for knee replacement surgery. I'm hoping to find a nice group of friends here to all be cheer leaders for each other and say woo hoo! on the daily updates. I don't know about y'all, but I tend to be better at daily check ins when I know there is some folks there to comment and to see how they are doing. Please send me a friend request if you would like to woohoo! with me, or hold space and be supportive of each other through the not as great days.

I have had both my knees replaced ..turned out great.. I still have chronic back pain but get thru it ..Blessings on your path🌠🍃🐝0
