Shadow our black lab of 16 years always in the boys beds never in mine. She just knew she wasn't allowed up there. Til the night before she died, I picked her up and laid with her on my bed and slept all night and said our good byes. The next day xdh came and said his goodbyes to her. And Dr Tom made his house call. Best decision ever to keep her home. In 2004 it wasn't common around hear for vets to come to the dog. Now it is, thankfully.
The lake vac is marvelous. Invited to our permanent retired neighbors for burgers on his new Blackstone. Saw mine, and got one ! Nice evening
Today is more of the same, sun, boat, fun.

Yesterday afternoon I ran some errands by myself. Ron was in the shower when I left and dog hanging nearby. Ron texted me at target that Chesstur was looking ALL over for me.
Picking some friends up at the airport today. They are visiting for a bit.
