Welcome to all new members!
My name is Elsien, I am originally Dutch, but have lived most of my adult life in UK, as well as in a few other places round the world. I now live in Montpellier, in southern France, where I intend to stay! I've been doing MFP and UAC for a while now, but life has a way of throwing me off track, so I am now back at a point where I am almost at my heaviest and desperately need to lose some 20 kilos. I have a dodgy knee, after a car crash 20-odd years ago, and it doesn't like to carry this extra weight.
My personal life can be very stressful, so the support from fellow UAC members is invaluable!

I’m Amy, I’ll be 50 next month and have been attempting to lose the same 30 pounds for the last 2 years. UAC helps me to be mindful of calories! I’m not very active, this reminds me to move.
My kids keep me running. We are very busy with their activities. As school begins, I will try to stay focused on eating correctly even on the go.
Good luck to all of you. We will achieve together!6 -
This will be my ninth month of the UAC. Good luck to everyone!1

I joined over a week ago but didn't introduce myself 😬 It's nice to see regulars and new UACers too!
As a bilingual Canadian, this month marks my first full month of maintenance.
Goals:
* Maintain my body fat in the low 20% range (or high teens)
* Stretch 3x weekly
* Either slide board or jump rope 3x weekly
* Working on mobility improvements (bonus)
Plan:
SEP Exercise: https://www.christinacarlyle.com/back-workout-women
SEP Nutrition: Hit my protein macro (40%) at least twice a week. Keep fat macro between 25%-29% for the month's average. Hit 35g of fiber daily.2 -

lol thanks for asking but, no, not after 10,000 kettlebell swings 😉 My back needed some rehab focus ➡️ hence this month's program choice.
But I'll ring the New Year in with another 10,000 swings (I run that program/workout every 5 months)!
