It's hard to believe that September is almost half over!! The month is certainly flying by!
This is our mid-month shout out/check in. It's a chance to recognize the long list of members who are well on their way to the Winner’s Circle or UAC Champions, and also a chance to catch up with a few who we've been missing and hope to see soon.
So here’s a middle-of-the-month shout out to this great list of members who are on track for the Winner's Circle or Champions List. It's exciting to see all the names below and to see the new faces mixed in with our UAC veterans!

Epic Day 17 Lunges, lunges and lunges9 -
@Winner_in_Life ... oh no! I dread day 17. On day 4 full body I replaced most of the lunges with calf lifts. I can do the side lunges and the reverse lunge but my knees don't like the other ones. I especially enjoyed day 6 yesterday ... all tricep/bicep variations (along with abs). One of the easier ones so far.7

For me it was just a matter of practice 🙂 At first my knees hurt and I had balance problem 😭 But with time everything is getting easier 😊 And the legs slimmer with good to see muscles definition. And I like the girl so much!6 -

I agree, it is one of the longest list I have seen since joining UAC. Congrats everyone for sticking to the 3 rules and logging in everyday for the past 14days. We are almost midway7 -

(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!

Awesome looking list so many dedicated folks all striving to accomplish one thing….to be as HEALTHY as we can kudos to everyone stay the course we can do this!
@LazyBlondeChef hang in there I know when started trying to do walk sits with my nasty knees I didn’t think I would make it…now I can do 1 minute and walk away give it time.
I walked at lunch 42 minutes not as fast as I would have liked but others were a bit slower today but I did cover 2.07 miles @2.93mph I will take that. I tracked and logged 0/3 pass days used.

Sept 14:
✅ ✅✅ Exercise today was 120 mins walking (3 separate walks!) We were invited out for dinner with friends, so I went online earlier today to figure out what I could eat! A simple side salad and a piece of grilled chicken! Of course it only took me about 5 mins to eat it, then I had to watch everybody else eat their succulent, tasty meals! But I stayed strong 💪and I came home and told hubby I really wasn't even hungry! Yessssss!!! 🏆✌ 🎯 💪8 -

It’s been fun to be working with my horses again. Rose has noticed that I am a much happier person when I have been with the horses9 -

Running felt good today, despite the fact that my plan was for it to be a walk. I realized I wore a running appropriate bra and went for it. It was a good choice.

My dinner was my best meal of the day, just some herring and salad and, probably because I ate more than I should have at lunch, it was just enough.
