@ashleycarole86 <> I thoroughly agree. Tracking and anything else we do to lose weight needs to be continued when we reach maintenance. If we go back to our original habits, we will just get the same result as we did with them and the weight will go back on. I believe that this is a life time commitment to our health and fitness not a short-term fix.
