Hi I live in Craven County; trying to establish and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
Losing weight is a goal, but the main goal is to just be living a healthier life.
Lost 50 pounds in 2010 using My Fitness Pal...sadly gained 30 of it back. So I know I can do this, but it sure is harder now that I am older.
