Nutrition for competition advice?

Hi all,

I've always been a sporty lad and am conscious about what I eat and am aware of the effects that nutrition can have on the body/performance. However I've recently (4 months got into CrossFit after leaving Football/Soccer).

My Question is: do you have any advice on how to take it to the next level in terms of nutrition for the sport of CrossFit?
