I believe this is a poppy plant. My mother used to have lots of poppy plants in her flower garden.

I pray this for my granddaughter who is 17 and at the age that she is making decisions for herself that will have long term effects on her. This proverb is not a promise but a possibility. Each child has to make a choice for themselves and I pray that we have instilled in her things that will draw her to God as she goes out on her own next year and to college.

Amen Linda, and I claim and pray this same verse over my Granddaughter, Nyla who is 17 and is graduating in June; she applied to the University of BC and was excepted, she is going into the Engineering Program to get her degree, following in her Fathers footsteps who is an Engineer and has his Degree in Engineering. I pray Nyla and your Granddaughter will both draw close to Jesus as they begin their new life away from their childhood home!0
