I just posted a Quinoa Mediterranean Chicken Salad: when I was able to eat that kind of food before treatment it was so delicious. Hope you can try it; coming home years ago on VIA Train they served Quinoa Salads which were all so good, that’s how I was introduced to cooking with Quinoa! 😋0 -
