    Mornin' BBB.

Already had Lucy time and getting ready to exercise the lot of them. Lucy had a ball with other dogs at the trial this weekend.

    Cooler here as well.

Bathroom renovation was just in time. Flooring under shower was starting to disintegrate.

    Nice pool hangout, Lou!

Seen any rattlesnakes or gila monsters yet, Steph?

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • What a tragedy Kelly. My thoughts and prayers for the family.
    • Rain coming in here late morning, early afternoon. Looks like it will be with us for a day or two.
    • Cooler temps are also coming our way. Fall is prime motorcycle weather. I need to take advantage of it.
    • I remember when Orlando was a much smaller city. It is amazing what has happened to it over the last 50 years. I think I liked it better before.
    • Ruff to all the BBB dogs.

    Good morning BBB crew.

Kelly, I was going to make a light-hearted reply about crates, then read the rest of your post. So sad.

We do have a crate, and I should have Sassy sleep in it, but hated how the cried and almost screamed when I latched the door. Do you just tough it out when you crate train them? Any secrets?

Potty training is going great. She hasn't had a single accident. It's like it just comes naturally to her. She is limited to the utility room and a short hallway, now. We'll see how she does as her horizons expand.

Sorry about all the puppy talk. That is my focus now. She is a little bundle, who requires/demands a lot of attention.

    Hugs Kelly. What a tragedy.

Cooler here today will be less than 100. Rain and 80’s tomorrow with the residual from the hurricane. We have seen lots of lizards and one huge scorpion. I’ll post a photo when we get home from our walk…it’s on the phone and I’m on the tablet.

    Glad Sassy is settling in.

Army worms had a good meal of green beans, sprayed them hope beans keep producing; think I caught before they done too much damage to okra.
We have had several reports of rattlesnakes on backside of subdivision, don't know who took pictures but I would not have been that close unless snakes were dead. Guess teens are fearless.
House is sealed where bats can get out but not come back in, this could have been avoidable had builder put drip edge on roof as now required by code.
Roxie loved her crate and it was her safe place, Sunny hated crate and would carry on and had figured out how rock crate till latch slid where he could get out.
Cloudy and rain today, should clear tomorrow and be beautiful through Labor Day.
DMIL is such a drama queen, DW took her to have her teeth cleaned this morning; DMIL was screaming she was hurt, worst than either of our kids when they were small. I ask her about teeth hurting and she says they did not hurt her, Ask about folks hearing her in waiting room and she does not know what I'm talking about. Really!
I like lizards, scorpions are a different story.

    Now that is a mix.

When we lived in Central Texas (Fort Hood), I saw rattlesnakes, copperheads, and cottonmouths, all the time. Never had one in the yard, at least. We found scorpions in the house, frequently. They were little ones, though. Used to freak my DW out to find one in the bathroom sink.

Puppies and spiders and gators oh my!

Work is annoyingly kicking my butt. Back at office location 3rd day this week in the morning. These guys, as expected don't have a transition plan. No surprise there.
Too bad for them. I'm off all next week.

10 day count down!!!. Bought a fancy sparklely little purse tonite. Lisa would love It! Sure was a nice wedding across the big drink this weekend in MI! Congrats again Lisa and fam!

    Sleep tight BBB and puppies!
