Rules for the September Weight Loss Challenge:

Also, please, take a pic of the scale, at each weigh-in, EVERY week (Friday, Saturday or Sunday), so we can keep it fair. It’s best to weigh 1st thing in the AM, after you use the restroom, & before drink/food. Messenger/Text your pic to me on Friday, Saturday or Sunday of EVERY week.👍🏼

9-5-21 (Final Day for 1st Weigh-in pic.)
