    Cornbread salad recipe

    1 pkg cornbread (Jiffy). 3 Tomatoes chopped
    1 pgk Ranch dressing mix 1 bunch green onions
    1 1/2 c sour cream, (lite can be used). 2 bags frozen corn. I only use one as so much food
    1 1/2 c mayonnaise can use lite. 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
    1 Tbs. sugar 1 green pepper
    2 cans of pinto beans drained & rinsed. 10-12 slices bacon

    Prepare corn bread, as pkg says. Set aside to cool.
    Whisk dressing with sour cream, mayonnaise, & sugar. Place 1/2 corn bread crumbs. So cornbread into crumbs.
    Put into a 9x13 pan. Top with drained beans, 1/2 tomato, green pepper, corn & onion,
    Dollop 1/2 mayo, sour cream, ranch dressing mixture, then shredded cheese & bacon. 1/2 of each. Then repeat all the layers, cornbread veggies, & Topping with shredded cheese & bacon.
    Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Enjoy. 😋
