Almost there... Well I have to say that because I am tracking my running for my RuntheYear challenge that there are only 71 more TOTAL days left in 2021. holy smokes this year went by fast. Overall I think it was a better year as far as "getting things done" than 2020. I mean I actually SAW my doctors and got some dental work done and got my eyes checked etc... a lot of chores that I had put off until I got vaccinated. And then had to put off again when delta spiraled here.8 -

I had an extra (short) bike ride today because when I looked for my phone to log my lunch, I couldn’t find it and realised I had left it in the supermarket when I did my shopping in the morning. I was using an app where you scan the items as you pick them up so I had my phone in my hand while I went round the store, and put it down by the till. Stupid or what?

My day started well because I actually made time for a dog walk before work. I wasn’t able to do my usual yoga because my house is all turned upside down while we have a painter paint our living room. I’ve no idea where my yoga mat is and I didn’t really have a space I can do it until our living room is back to normal! I’m going on holiday on Saturday and so I’ve been a bit stressed trying to get everything finished in time for work today and that’s translated to me eating stupid things in the daytime, I did think to myself “am I really hungry?” And I did start off thinking I was….anyways it’s done now . I’m going to make tomorrow better, I did well with my work today and so I should be able to log off on time tomorrow and feel more relaxed and make better choices.

Today's exercise was an upper body strength routine
October has not been as I expected going in, and for that matter 2021 is wrapping up a lot differently than I would have imagined just a few weeks ago. But in truth this has been a good month, and a truly amazing year. I just need to keep that perspective of where things were at the beginning of 2021 compared to now, and keep in mind all of the potential to be gained next year. My focus through the rest of the year is to continue the practices I have developed this month to maintain this years progress to carry forward into next year.8 -

I think I used 3 pass days so far. Fingers crossed I can keep it at that for the rest of the month. I’m incredibly unhappy with my spouse right now so heres hoping the emotional eating doesn’t take over.11 -
Overall a good day glad tomorrow is Friday been a week don’t know about the rest of you. I managed bare minimum exercise but did track.4

✅✅✅ Exercise was dancing for 20 mins in the living room today. I've been under the weather for 6 days now. Seems like I have a good day, then another bad day. The last few days I've been walking even though I wasn't feeling the greatest. I felt a little better today, but decided to truly REST and stayed inside. I also cancelled my massage appts today and my visit to my sister's for this weekend.

I need to take Pass Day Number 3.
I think I ate something that did not agree with me/was bad on Wednesday. I started feeling sick Wednesday night and it continued yesterday. I am obviously way under calories and have actually lost a bunch of weight (though I am sure I will regain it as I recover). But no tracking and no exercise.
Hoping to do better today as I recover, but I may not be able to and that's OK.
@Mrs_Hoffer so sorry to hear that you are sick too. It seems like people are getting hit hard by illnesses these days, having been not sick for so long because of COVID lockdown/precautions. Like our immune systems got out of practice.6 -
