I think the calculation is a bit high, I burn 240-260 calories depending on how modified my workout is. Did you think it was too low or too high?0

I'm 245 lbs. and regularly burn over 300 calories during lvl 2.
ETA: That's what my Garmin gives me with my appropriate activity level and weight (I push it down a few pounds to underestimate the burn).0 -
I have a HRM and I've worn it while doing 30 day shred and I used to burn approx 300 calories (a little lesser as I progress through the level and become better). The site gave my calorie estimate as 314.0
