New Team Monthly Challenges for October 2021

Good Morning,

I am dropping by to Congratulate you on a great job this past month on all your hard work in accomplishing your Goals for September! Good Job, keep up the Great Work!

This month has gone by so quickly, just think tomorrow starts us off on a brand new month of October....

Hope you will once again join me for another awesome month of getting healthy together... Let's raise the Bar to new Heights and Meet the Goals that will see us Stronger and Healthier than we are now! Yes, We Can Do this Together One Step and One Day Together.

This next Month I have New Goals for you that includes both Nutrition and Fitness..

So who is onboard, let's Do This....

Team Challenge 1 Nutrition

Drink 6 to 8 cups of Water
Eat 5 to 6 Servings of Fresh Fruit and Veggies
Add at least 1 new piece of Fruit this month
Increase your Daily Fibre Intake
Track your Food Daily

Team Challenge 2 Fitness

Cardio aim to exercise Daily up to 30 minutes or more, you choose your own exercise, what is important you keep your Heart Rate up and be Healthy

Strength Training at least 3x Weekly 20 minutes or more each session
This month try out some weights Bar Bells, Kettle Ball to build strength to upper and lower body, start out with light weights building up to a 3 pound weight or more

Extra Exercises to try out: Swimming, Power Walking, Jogging, Winter Cross Country Skiing to build Strength and Stamina...

Hope you will join me on one of these Team Challenges or if you are adventurous let's Go for Both Challenges. You choose what Fitness works Best for you.

These are suggestions, if you have your own Exercises do them, remember, its more important to do something to Move and Build Healthy Bodies and Lives!
